Return Policy

Returns

All return requests must be approved by Baker's Ace Hardware and upon approval will be issued an RMA number.

Returns if approved may be subject to restocking and or handling charges. Shipping costs for return items are solely at customer’s expense. All returns should be insured and must be packaged as to avoid damage in shipping, and shipped via UPS; items damaged in shipping will not be credited.

Shipping Damaged Goods Claims

Hidden damage, discrepancies or shortages must be reported through our contact form, within 24 hours of delivery. Damage that is obvious upon receipt must be reported immediately to the shipping company and to Baker's Ace Hardware.

Credit

Credit will be issued to the purchaser once the returned item is received by Baker's Ace Hardware and has been inspected to ensure the product is in the new resellable condition. Credit for shipping will only be given if the product is damaged upon receipt to the purchaser or if the wrong item(s) is shipped.

Product Warranties

Warranty – All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from manufacturer defects. Requests for warranty repairs should be submitted through our contact form.
